We have a customer friendly 2 days defect return & 7 days exchange policy
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Please message us on Whatsapp on +918595776181 mentioning your name and order id so that we can process your return/exchange request.
Return/Refund Policy:
- Return is only applicable in case of manufacturing defect in product. No other reason is accepted for return. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Providing unboxing video is mandatory for claim.
- We will verify if your order is eligible for return. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup on your address.
- Make sure to return all the items received by you in original condition.
- When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to record a video of all the items received by you. In case the product is stolen/damaged during transit, this video serves as a proof that you returned all the items in good condition.
- Refund would be processed within 1-3 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Delhi.
- Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like phone call, email, Facebook / Instagram chat.
Exchange Policy:
- You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Providing unboxing video is mandatory for claim.
- We will verify if your order is eligible for exchange. Once approved, you need to pay Rs.120 as reverse shipping charge. We will take care of forward shipping charge. Share the screenshot after the payment is done.
- After the payment, we will arrange a pickup on your address.
- Make sure to return all the items received by you in original condition.
- Before returning the product to the courier person, it is mandatory to record a video of all the items received by you. In case the product is stolen/damaged during transit, this video serves as a proof that you returned all the items in good condition.
- After the product is received by our warehouse in Delhi, we will check whether all the items are returned in original condition or not. Once verified, you will receive your exchanged items within 5-7 Days.
- Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like phone call, email, Facebook / Instagram chat.
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
product of higher amount, you just need to pay difference amount. - If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded. - Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
- If the product has been ordered by mistake.
- If the product is customized for you.
- If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- If the product is made to order by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
When the order is placed and you want to cancel it, please message us on Whatsapp on +918595776181 mentioning your name so that we can cancel it for you. Once the order is shipped, you will need to refuse to accept the delivery.
